Users living in Kingston, Richmond, Wimbledon and SW London also have another broadband connection option - Cable Broadband from Virgin Media (formerly Telewest). Cable Broadband uses different technology compared to ADSL Broadband and doesn't require a telephone line for activation, although Virgin Media usually bundle the telephone line with their Cable Internet service. We will be adding the London Cable Broadband options soon!

If you already have a BT line, there are a massive number of Broadband providers to choose from. We recommend BeThere Broadband, as they don't have any download limits and general feedback on their service has been good. They offer three Broadband packages listed in the comparison table below.

Great! O2 have an excellent home broadband deal if you already have an 02 mobile with them. Even customers using O2 Pay & Go can benefit from the deal, subject to a £10 minimum top-up every 3 months. By the way, O2 own Be Internet - so they are both one and the same really.

If you already have Sky TV and you are a light Internet user, Sky Broadband is worth some consideration, as their base package is good value. If your a heavy user, we would recommend the Be unlimited or Be Pro packages listed above , as they are faster on both download and upload speeds.

If your wireless router has been delivered and you are struggling to get your desktop computer or laptop to link with the wireless router, there's no need to stress - we are here to help. For a small fee we can visit your home and configure your computer's network settings and also check that you have adequate Antivirus & Firewall protection on your PC. If it is more convenient, we can visit you during the evening or at the weekend (we know most people are at work during the day).
