Description

The Option GT Max HSUPA data card has global coverage with built-in tri-band HSDPA / HSUPA / UMTS (2100/1900/850 MHz) and quad-band EDGE / GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) frequency support. This data card supports Mobile Broadband download speeds up to 7.2 Mbps and upload transfer rates of up to 2 Mbps.

The GT Max HSUPA is compatible with most laptop PC's equipped with a CardBus slot and has good operating system support with Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Mac OS X drivers available. The integrated patented Butterfly retractable antenna design makes transportation easy, as you don't need to remove the card to pack your laptop in a carry bag. The card supports Options' Advanced Receiver Technology (ART) Receive Diversity / Receive Equaliser, which help boost HSDPA data rates.

Please note Option have discontinued their range of PCMCIA and ExpressCard
data cards and replaced them with devices in 3G USB Modem form factor.
