Description

The Option GlobeTrotter HSDPA '7.2 Ready' PC card can be used worldwide, with tri-band HSDPA / UMTS (2100/1900/850 MHz) and quad-band EDGE / GPRS / GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) frequency support. Mobile Broadband download speeds up to 3.6 Mbps are supported out of the box with speeds up to 7.2 Mbps possible with a future firmware upgrade. The card is capable of 384 Kbps upload speeds.

The GlobeTrotter HSDPA 7.2 is compatible with nearly all laptop PC's equipped with a Type II PCMCIA PC card slot. Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Mac OS X operating systems are supported. The antenna is completely integrated on this model and Options' Advanced Receiver Technology (ART) helps keep data transfer rates as quick as possible.
