Description

The Option GlobeTrotter Express 7.2 provides multi-standard worldwide connectivity with tri-band HSDPA / UMTS (850/1900/2100 MHz) and quad-band EDGE / GPRS (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) frequency support. The card allows Mobile Broadband download speeds up to 7.2 Mbps and upload transfer rates of up to 384 Kbps.

The GlobeTrotter Express 7.2 fits both ExpressCard /34 and ExpressCard /54 slots and for laptops without and ExpressCard slot, a PCMCIA to ExpressCard converter is available. The integrated antenna design incorporates an external fold-out antenna, that helps to increase network reception and works in conjunction with the Advanced Receiver Technology (ART) that utilises both Receive Diversity and Equalisation.
